Flowers: May-July.  Plant in full sun/part shade.  HxS 70cmx40cm

This new, lovely, Chinese meadow rue is an elegant upright perennial with large, ferny, blue-green foliage in spring followed by 70cm tall black stems with clouds of gently scented and long lasting, pure white flowers which then produce lavender pink seed heads.  Thalictrum’s enjoy a humus rich soil which is well drained, but moist during summer.  This is an excellent architectural plant which performs well when planted in drifts at the back of a border or in a woodland garden.  Hardiness H7. Pot size 9cm.

Care & Maintenance.

Pest and disease resistant, just cut to the ground in early spring.  Propagate by careful division in early spring when new growth appears.
