Description
Flowers: June-September. Plant in full sun. HxS 45cmx1m
Geranium ‘Anne Thomson’ is a more compact form of Geranium ‘Ann Folkard’ but from the same parents. It does not sprawl quite so much and is more suitable for the smaller garden or for use in pots, which can look spectacular. The leaves have lovely spring and autumn colours of pale yellow and deep red respectively. It does occasionally set some seed and has led to some interesting new hybrids from Alan Bremner. Pest and disease resistant and awarded an AGM at the 2005 RHS Geranium trial. Pot size 1.5 litre.
Care & Maintenance.
Remove old foliage in autumn or spring. Difficult to divide so try root cuttings.

Richard Cain –
Good groundcover plant and not as vigorous as G. Ann Folkard

Received this today and I’m really pleased with the quality of the plant. I love the chocolate blotches on the leaves and I’m now looking forward to the flowering season next year. I shall plant this geranium in a pot after receiving email advice from Penlanperennials.
