Description
Flowers: April-May. Plant in part shade or woodland. HxS 15x15cm
The classic native wood anemone, enjoying leafy banks under trees and flowering before the leaf canopy closes. Beautiful, simple white flowers in abundance. Summer dormant but tolerant of dry shade, once established. Hardiness rating H7. Pot size 9cm.
Care & Maintenance.
A bullet-proof plant needing very little attention. Rhizomes can be split and replanted any time during dormancy, preferably before any new surface growth appears as new leaves can be quite fragile if splitting later in spring.
