Flowers: June-September. Plant in part or full shade. HxS 1.5mx60cm
A very choice introduction with clouds of purple flowers on burgundy stems all summer. It is sterile so does not seed
around. Although tall no staking is required as it is self-supporting. The blue-green leaves are an added bonus and the plant enjoys a moist to wet soil. An excellent, late season pollinator plant. Hardiness zone 7. Pot size 1.5 litre. Please order early or late in the season as they are impossible to send in flower, without cutting hard back.
Care & Maintenance.
Cut to the ground in autumn. May be propagated by division once established and this is best done in the spring. Plants may take a season to settle into the garden.SKU: THASPL
