Description
Flowers: April-May. Plant in part shade or woodland. HxS 30x30cm
This delightful variety has large rounded flowers with pale blue petals and a striking dark reverse to the petals. Hardy and very easy. An old variety named at Oxford Botanical Garden in 1870, making good clumps and flowering for an extended period. Lovely on banks under trees. Pest and disease resistant. AGM. Hardiness rating H6. Pot size 9cm or 1 litre.
Care & Maintenance.
Very little required. Goes dormant in late summer. It can be split any time in the autumn or spring before new growth appears.
