Description
Flowers: May-June. Plant in full sun/part shade. HxS 1mx50cm
Camassia leichtlinii ‘Alba’ has tall spikes of creamy-white flowers which are produced in early spring. It needs a moist, well-drained soil which does not dry out. Camassia are excellent waterside plants in grass and this contrasts well with the pale blue Camassia cusickii. The foliage disappears by late summer as the plant sets seed. Large, flowering size bulb in a 1 litre pot.
Care & Maintenance.
Very easy to grow. Tidy old foliage when it dies back in autumn. Propagate by dividing the bulbs or collect and sow seed.
