Flowers: March-May. Plant in light or part shade. HxS 60x60cm
Striking, giant flowers (up to 8cm in diameter) that last up to 12 weeks. White flowers are attractively spotted and mottled in red and are large waxy, cup shaped flowers. A selected form, which makes attractive ground cover in areas of dappled shade under deciduous trees and shrubs, they prefer a heavy, neutral to alkaline soil.
Care & Maintenance.
We find most Hellebores start flowering after the New Year and it is a good idea to remove the previous year’s old leaves before then so that you can see the flowers. Seed is notoriously difficult to germinate unless sown fresh. We usually collect nature’s seedlings from around the plants. Hellebores do not like being moved.SKU: HELTRI
