The stems are often covered in farina and the species is later flowering so helps to extend the season. This plant does need a really boggy soil to do well and enjoys a neutral to acid soil. Organically grown in peat free compost and rpoduced on 9cm or 1.5 litre pots. Hardiness zone H7.
