Flowers: August-October.  Plant in sun or part shade.  HxS 75x45cm

This Turtlehead has deep lilac-pink flowers in clustered heads and broad dark green leaves on tall stems.  It is a particularly good late border plant and looks equally good when planted near water.  Bees love it and it provides a valuable pollen source.  It really needs a moist soil to grow well.  Organically grown in peat free compost.

Care & Maintenance.

Pest and disease resistant do needs little attention.  Divide in early spring, at the same time as cutting back old foliage, which will stand during the winter and look effective when frosted.
