Flowers: August-October. Plant in sun/part shade. HxS 90x60cm
A selection from Chelone lyonii, having darker green leaves which contrast well with the bright, deep pink flowers. A good late summer border plant, pollinator friendly, and best grown in a moist soil where it performs well. Excellent for the bog garden or by water. Easy, pest and disease resistant, and valuable late season colour.
Care & Maintenance.
Dead head during flowering for extra blooms. Tidy in early spring, which is also the best time to divide the plants. Use a saw to cut the woody roots.
