A compact, bleeding heart variety, with finely divided grey-green leaves and arching stems of nodding, deep crimson flowers. Great for part shade but will tolerate full sun if the soil is kept moist. Grown in peat-free compost. Pot size 1.5 litre.
Can cause stomach upset if ingested and foliage may be an irritant.
Care & Maintenance.
Very easy to grow. Divide in early spring or after the leaves have died down.
