WE SHIP WORLD WIDE.....however some countries outside the European Union require purchasers to have import licences, plant health certificates or both. We can assist you to obtain an import licence if required and will arrange Plant Health Certificates on your behalf. All plants on the site are in stock. We deliver overnight to your home, a neighbour or your place of work and we will email you on dispatch with an order tracking number so you can watch the progress of your parcel. OUR COURIER USUALLY REQUIRES A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY. Where delivery is required without a signature we can leave the parcel in a safe place however our insurance is invalid in these circumstances and therefore we accept no liability once a parcel has left the nursery if it is not signed for. United Kingdom (by telephone, fax or post or collection at the nursery) We understand that you may prefer to pay by cheque (you can still order online and use the pay by cheque option at checkout). Alternatively our home page has a facility to download a free catalogue, order form and ordering instructions. We also accept orders by telephone or fax (with a debit or credit card). Orders can be collected from the nursery by arrangement and we reimburse any shipping charges. CARRIAGE CHARGES UK Zone 1 ~ England, Wales and Scotland (not offshore) Delivery by Interlink Express Next Day Service except Scottish Highlands which is two day. Parcels are insured, your plants arrive quickly and can be tracked on the internet. Parcels can be sent to any address in England, Wales or Scotland. Normally a signature is required (see above). Some small orders may be sent using Royal Mail First Class Packet. Delivery cost: £10.00 (up to 20 plants, each additional plant 50p) UK Zones 2 and Zone 3 ~ Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle Of Man, Isle of Wight Courier charges are very expensive so we use Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. Most parcels take 3-4 days and the service is usually reliable but sometimes parcels can take much longer and therefore we offer no guarantees or warranties with this service as Royal Mail offers no compensation for consequential loss. We usually post on a Monday and no signature is required on delivery. Delivery cost: £10.00 (up to 20 plants, each additional plant 50p) UK Channel Islands Courier charges are very expensive and the Channel Islands are classed as an International destination by Royal Mail. You will be prompted to ask for a quote when ordering. We reduce weight as much as possible and send by Royal Mail Standard International Parcel with 3-4 day delivery. Your shipping quote will be based on your actual order weight so the price below is a guide only. Delivery cost: approx £12.50 for 10kg WARRANTIES and RETURNS We believe all plants sent out by us are true to name and every effort is made to ensure they are of the best quality. We offer no warranty as to description, quality or any other matter. Due to poor planting conditions, unfavourable weather or neglect, plants will fail and therefore we will only consider complaints made within seven days of receiving the plants. On receipt plants should be unpacked and inspected. If the plants are damaged or are unacceptable to you please contact us. We will always endeavour to resolve any complaint quickly and to your satisfaction, by replacing plants or offering a refund. We make ask for the plants to be returned, in which case we will refund the return postage. Nothing in this statement should be construed as a change to your statutory rights as a consumer.
