This new introduction has clear, rose pink flowers from dark pink buds, on 1.5m (4-5ft) spikes in mid summer. The architectural leaves are bronze when they open and become glossy green and red-flushed later in the season. Rodgersia are best placed in bog or waterside locations, out of direct sunlight which can burn the foliage in hot summers. Deciduous, so it dies back completely in autumn and requires only the removal of the old foliage and stems in spring. Pest and disease resistant.
