| Planting depth: 30-45cm (12-18") Spread: 1-1.5 x depth Nymphaea 'Albatros' has many pure white, semi-double flowers, with golden stamens, from June to September. It enjoys shallower water in full sun and is best suited to small or medium sized garden ponds. It could be grown in a large half-barrel, bath, trough or other water container as it is not too vigorous. Leaves are dark green and well rounded. All of our water lilies should flower in their first year and are always supplied in an aquatic pot, ready to plant. They are fully hardy and planting and care instructions are enclosed with every plant. N.B. We only dispatch Water Lilies between March and October, when they are growing so they may arrive separately if you order them with other plants. Nymphaea Lilies should only be planted in still water. Care should be taken to select forms suitable for the size and depth of your pond, lake or water feature. |
