Im writing to say thank you for the three packages with pond plants which you have sent over the last few weeks, all beautifully packed. And for the note with the third box pointing out that there were dragonfly larvae on the hornwort, so the black bag should be emptied completely over the pond: very thoughtful of you! I had also noticed some dragonfly larvae on the hornwort which was in the first box, so I was already primed! Congratulations on a well-organised and environmentally-aware business.
