Customer Comments!

This was my first order with you. I have never understood why when I order with one firm, I have to wait up to 28 days to find out if they have received the order, whereas with Penlan Perennials, the goods arrive next day. Not hard to guess which type I prefer to deal with. I placed my order and asked a question in the comments box. You acknowledged immediately, gave me a packing and receipt date AND answered the question. WOW! You have a real person sorting out the orders and they can read and think. Not as common as you might imagine. Then you contacted me to confirm that the plants had been dispatched. They arrived on the day specified in good, healthy condition and well packed. No damage even though the box was delivered upside down. BC, Liverpool 2005
