Large rounded flowers with pale blue petals and a striking dark reverse to the petals. Hardy and very easy. An old variety named at Oxford Botanical Garden in 1870, making good clumps and flowering for an extended period. Lovely on banks.

Im writing to say thank you for the three packages with pond plants which you have sent over the last few weeks, all beautifully packed. And for the note with the third box pointing out that there were dragonfly larvae on the hornwort, so the black bag should be emptied completely over the pond: very thoughtful of you!
